Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before you confirm

Planning your trip and receiving a quote is free. Nothing is booked and no payment is due until you confirm the trip with us in writing, so you can cancel a plan at any point before confirmation at no cost.

After you confirm

Once you confirm a trip, cancellation and change terms follow the policies of the underlying airlines, hotels, transport operators and other suppliers. Some bookings (for example, discounted flights and non-refundable hotel rates) may be partly or fully non-refundable. Any supplier cancellation charges are passed through to you, and we will always show you these before you confirm.

How to cancel or change

To cancel or change a confirmed trip, contact your travel expert by WhatsApp or email as early as possible. We will calculate any applicable charges, confirm them with you in writing, and only then process the cancellation or change.

Refund timelines

Eligible refunds — the amount paid, less any non-refundable supplier charges and applicable fees — are processed to your original payment method once the relevant suppliers release the funds. Timelines depend on those suppliers and are typically a few weeks; we keep you updated throughout.

Force majeure

For events beyond anyone's reasonable control — such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes or government action — we will do our best to help you reschedule or recover value, but refunds remain subject to what the underlying suppliers allow.
