How does TripAtGo work?
You browse destinations and packages, then share a few details about the trip you want. A human travel expert reviews it and replies within 4 hours with a custom itinerary and quote. There is no automated online booking — every trip is planned by a person.
Where is TripAtGo based, and which areas do you serve?
Our registered office is in Gurugram (Delhi-NCR), but we are not a city-based agency — we plan trips for travellers across all of India, for both domestic and international destinations.
How quickly will someone get back to me?
Within 4 hours of your enquiry during our working hours. If you write to us late at night, you will hear back the next morning. For anything urgent, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.
Is there any fee for planning or getting a quote?
No. Planning your trip and receiving a quote is completely free. You only pay for the trip itself once you decide to go ahead.
Can I reach you on WhatsApp?
Yes — WhatsApp is our primary and fastest channel. You can also call or email us. Use whichever is most convenient; you will always be talking to a real person, not a bot.

Visas & Documents

Which documents do I need for an international trip from India?
At minimum, a passport valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates, the correct visa or e-visa for your destination, confirmed return tickets, and proof of accommodation. We give you a destination-specific checklist when we plan your trip.
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No — final visa approval always rests with the relevant authorities, and no agency can guarantee it. What we can do is make sure your application is complete, correct and submitted on time to give you the best possible chance.
Do you help with visas?
Yes. We guide Indian passport holders through the current visa requirements for each destination — visa-on-arrival, e-visa, or embassy application — and help you assemble and submit the right documents as part of planning your trip.

On the Trip

What support do I get during the trip?
You travel with one point of contact and 24/7 on-trip support. If a flight is delayed, a plan changes, or you simply need a recommendation, your travel expert is a message away throughout your journey.
Can you accommodate vegetarian, Jain or other dietary needs?
Absolutely. We plan around dietary needs as a matter of course — selecting vegetarian-friendly restaurants, arranging Jain or other special meals where possible, and flagging destinations that are easy or tricky for specific diets.
Do you plan trips for solo female travellers?
Yes. We plan solo trips with safety as a priority — well-vetted stays in good neighbourhoods, reliable transport, and experiences chosen with solo travellers in mind — plus on-trip support you can reach any time.

Cancellations & Refunds

How are cancellations and refunds handled?
Planning and quotes are free, so there is no charge until you confirm a trip. After confirmation, cancellation and refund terms follow the policies of the airlines, hotels and operators involved. Full details are on our Cancellation & Refund Policy page.

Booking & Payment

Can I book and pay online right now?
Not yet. In our current version you share your trip details and our expert sends you a tailored plan and quote; payment is then arranged directly with our team. Online booking and payment are on our roadmap.
Do you book flights and hotels, or only itineraries?
End to end. We arrange flights, stays, transfers, sightseeing and the details in between, so you have a single plan and a single point of contact rather than juggling separate bookings.
Are prices per person or per package?
Unless we clearly state otherwise, the "from" prices you see on destination and package pages are per person, based on two people travelling together. Your final quote always spells out exactly what is included.
How do I pay once I confirm a trip?
After you are happy with the plan, your travel expert will share the payment details and schedule directly. We confirm every cost in writing before anything is booked, so there are no surprises.
