What we collect

When you submit a trip enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone number, travel dates, group size, budget band, trip type and any message. We also collect basic, privacy-respecting analytics (via Cloudflare Web Analytics) that do not use cookies or track you across sites.

How we use it

We use your details solely to plan your trip and contact you about it — by your chosen method (WhatsApp, call or email). We do not sell your personal data.

Legal basis & consent

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit an enquiry, and to take steps at your request before providing our services. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Data sharing

We share only what is necessary with the airlines, hotels, transport providers and visa facilitators required to deliver your trip. We require these partners to handle your data responsibly.

Retention

We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may nominate another person to exercise your rights. To make a request, email us at the address below.
