tripatgo.com is provided for personal, non-commercial trip planning. The content — destination information, sample itineraries, prices and photography — is for general guidance and may change without notice. There is no online booking or payment on the site in this version; enquiries are handled by our team directly.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting an enquiry is a request to plan a trip, not a confirmed booking. Any price or itinerary we share is indicative until confirmed by both sides in writing. Prices depend on availability at the time of booking and can be affected by airfare, exchange-rate and tax changes outside our control.

Our role

TripAtGo plans and coordinates your trip. The actual travel services — flights, accommodation, transfers, tours and visas — are provided by third parties (airlines, hotels, transport operators and authorities), each with their own terms and conditions, which also apply to your trip. We are not liable for the acts, omissions or default of these independent providers.

Intellectual property

All content, photography, design and branding on this site belong to TripAtGo (Wander Voyages Pvt Ltd) or its licensors, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

We take reasonable care in planning and coordinating your trip. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the planning services we directly provide, and we are not responsible for losses arising from third-party providers or from events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
